Gah messed up title- was meant to Be need you

Plot- Jack is lost and sick and far from torchwood base, and cant find his way back, he knows he doesn’t have to worry about dying but hes lonely and scared and tries to call out for the Doctor as he has been alone for days. The Doctor hears his call and comes to find him.
