Yay! I do like a character with some elaborate description to their abilities, don't get me wrong: it's just that a spatial displacement field made sense to me, but i could not fathom how a gradient should be applied to it. It'd be totally cool if there [i]was[/i] an explanation to that; in fact, i'd  stomach the debilitating strike to my ego if i got to hear it. XD
