Those who have made second characters I've allowed to skip a second sample and [@Zarkun] is in another RP I run, so I know what his posts are like (although I would still like to see one completed, hint hint...)
I've already given up trying to enforce the rule that the last three or four people have missed, but the RP sample is as important as personality and bio. It's not as though it has to be long, though I prefer roughly one post's worth.
Hm... The base scenario was something they were doing before the war, so in this case maybe how he joined the Militia or got transferred to Squad 4?
