The link that Ultimate Spidey posted is pretty close to what I'm imagining, though that site seems to be a bit more liberal with the power than I intend to be. For example, the whole construction of geometric objects wouldn't be possible, and while I could turn things with a microchip, like cell-phones, on and off, I wouldn't be able to turn a light bulb off. The reasoning behind this is that flipping a switch is a mechanical process, not a form of programming. However, any fancy programmable lighting or motion-sensitive lighting could be controlled. if I can get close enough to the computer in the power plant that controls the turbines, a blackout may very well be possible. Also, imagine what I could do when standing in a wifi hotspot... Odd that Spidey's link doesn't mention the internet anywhere in there...
