I've changed some of the posts to reflect the dates. We're now in winter of 1941. 

Some implications that might be helpful as we plot:

- France was occupied six months ago (June 1940) which puts that around when magic was discovered
- German blitz against Britain began in September, and a massive German air raid on London would have happened just a few weeks before the present time for our character
- Bombing of the UK is still going on 
- Germany is about to begin the war on the North African front in February 

This basically puts us in the thick of the war, but still about a year before the United States enters the fray. Good call, [@Zombiedude101]
