-Soren- Not necessarily--only if they are intertwined. An attack designed such that only a navi can use it may be just so, regardless of whether it can only be used by a specific navi or not. However, if its restriction to anyone other than Rhythm is related to its restriction to any being other than a Navi, I suppose that the latter becomes flexible as well.
