One of the NPCs probably saw the guy get bit, they'd be screaming "THAT GUY GOT BIT, OMFG THAT GUY GOT BIT!" and the guy would be all like "WHAT NO THAT BITCH IS CRAZY" then you'd be all like "Show me your leg, dude", then he'd hesitate, so you'd get Greyeson to use his death ray to vaporise him. After that, you'd probably have internal strife regarding taking someone's life. Doing things like that is total legit. However If you start somehow knowing things that you can't possibly know, without a water-tight explanation, then the horny Stage Four I talked about earlier comes to visit you in your dreams.
