Sorta. You can't be a full god.

What's gonna happen is that two of the gods have a child OR a god has a child with a mortal, and you are born. Overtime you grow in power and become a full god. 

Like the rest of us, you can be the god of just about anything you want. Earth, Air, Emotions, Mortality, Death, Love, and so on.
