Yes we have tablets too. And I drink soy milk. It's how I have my breakfast smoothies. 

I'm just incrediabky reluctant to go to the doctors to get a prescription for lactaid. Because then they will test me and do all that, when I can tell them just easily that I know I'm lactose interolang because Everytime indrink milk or have milk products, my body reacts violently, with all the symptoms and I know my doctor will be like yeah,
But we have to do the testing. -.-
