To be honest, my opinion still is, that eating people is a [b]very very very major[/b] plot hole. Nobody in the entire cast will be able to find out, otherwise the character might as well be dead.
I'm very fine with mental disorders and stuff like that, but actual lunacy doesn't necessarily enhance a character.
I mean, I don't really see why the cannibalism would even matter, if the cast won't be able to find out without destroying the character.
