Serious question though: How much are you borrowing from CP2020? Like say are you just using the main book or are you accepting stuff from the Chromebooks or the the source books like Deep Space, Near Orbit, and Pacific Rim? I think I have just about every source book on PDF.

I, personally, am just using the main book as my inspiration for this so I can still have a teeny tiny bit of creative freedom. You can still use the source books if you want. As for the D10/percentile dice, yes please. Also, I added Useful Links. Check 'em out.
