Juuuuust to make sure I haven't missed anything (since I binge read the entire IC)
The zombies only consist of Stage I and II currently, and the virus can cross the species barrier. 
Most characters are on the first landing, with zombies pouring into the lobby and up the stairs, with even more outside coming in. For now, a barricade is preventing the Zed from getting any farther.
A few? characters are holed up in their room. 

Also--if electricity works, shouldn't the elevator be pretty dangerous? It's a direct link to the lobby. The lobby that is currently overrun by the undead.

Just where is everyone? Mostly directly behind the barricade on the second floor, yes?
