He can be like a prop for the shota community to come in, he could sit on laps and call shotacons big bro or big sis. 

So everyone works there too, hmm, would get really crowded in the front, I doubt anyone knows how to cook, and I think Eiko could make scones in the back or bake cakes or something if she works there since she doesn't have a day job either.
