Originally born on Jubilea, Faizera was the first being turned into a wizard by the alpha, Oz. She was Oz' lover and the only person he ever had children with, making her descendants (who now have the Bel-Black name) the wizards with the greatest magical potential. When she began to outlive all of her mortal children and friends, she fell into despair and not even Oz or her friends could pull her out of it. She began to curse her eternal life and eventually resented Oz for making her immortal, so she did everything she could to persuade Oz to remove her immortality. After a lot of threatening and blackmail on her part, Oz reluctantly agreed to take away her immorality and she went into self exile by fleeing from Atlantis to Earth. She could not have children any longer because, out of spite, Oz cursed her to infertility because he didn't want her to start a family with another man besides him and was still angry at her. But she did not go back to Atlantis because she had the wizards on earth, or 'witches', erase her memory so she could have a fresh start. Faizera lasted ten years on earth living a new happy life before she died a natural death, her body catching up to the fact she had been alive for longer than she should have been.

But Oz had watched out for Faizera the entire time and when he saw that she was dead, he took her body back to Atlantis and made her a beautiful grave in a garden full of flowers. The wizards called it the Rainbow Garden because of all the different colored flowers and her tombstone was covered with white flowers that glowed like stars at night. When Oz was sealed away, the wizards left behind tried their best to keep the garden beautiful for when he returned but as generations passed and he never came back, they eventually forgot the garden's original purpose. Wizards thought it was just a sacred garden grown by Oz, who they began to believe was their god, and that praying at the 'stone alter' would give them guidance and blessings from him. Unfortunately, when Atlantis fell to the demons the garden and grave was destroyed along with the city and her name, as well as Valeria, Pemdas, and Anghelios were all forgotten by future generations.
