That's from the OP.  Only Arguis has real omniscience, the rest have it based on proximity.  

Outsiders don't have innate magical protections against being found with omniscience.  It's just knowing they're there to get close enough for it to be of use is the hard part.  Once found, outsiders' ability to 'see' can help them see through any godly ruses and also help them to escape.   Once caught, outsiders have resistance against being changed.
