[/quote] From the sound of it, the best way would be to just subtly invade human settlements with a population of over 100 (thus meaning that there's a good chance one is an outsider) and wait till you since an outsider. Once you do since him, just take him. I don't really need a "godly ruse", if an outsider is discovered I can just take it with my divine powers. The only problem is [i]finding[/i] one. Once they're found, all you have to do is scoop 'em up.
