Yeah, pretty much. As long as he can still help someone, he'll keep going. That's where he matches Shirou, with indomitable will, but it's not his own feature, it's something he draws from everybody around him. 

That's why seeing so many people die hit him so hard, it was basically a massive drop in his morale meter. [hider=OSWALD BACKSTORY SPOILERS BE WARNED]It doesn't help that this isn't the first time.
