Once again, I must bank on what Cyclone said (sorry for stealing all your arguments, Cyclone, I'm not good at phrasing things :lol). It's not Loki, so much as it's just that people seem to sorta expect him to know everything. I just don't want that to become so accepte OOC that it leaks into the IC, and then we have the all-knowing God of Knowledge on our tails :O

But, yeah, I'm not asking he's limited as he is now, I just want a clearer description of his powers. I don't exactly understand the extent of Arguis's abilities, so I don't know what is okay and isn't. That's worrying. Nothing against LokiLeo at all, if anything it's my fault for getting confused at it.
