The things we noted in your CS as feeling a bit odd:
The use of "Mr. and Mrs. Rambu" when referring to his parents. - it feels rather... Earthy. Doesn't give the feel of being star wars. (yes, minor thing)
How he got to Coruscant after the Jedi who found him could not continue guiding him to the planet. It feels like a missing tale.
Also, there's no mention of the ongoing Great Galactic War here. Even on the most peaceful worlds in the galactic community, the war was felt in some way, yet the CS never makes any references to it. 

Even if his skills are lacking when it comes to non-Force, he must have some skills. Perhaps he's decent at diplomacy? at talking his way out of trouble? Nobody's useless at everything.

The long term goals point is what you see your character doing as the RP progresses (so long as he survives), not his personal goals. 

Otherwise its fairly decent.
