(Wallace gets a bonus on knowing what the inside of a magicite mine looks like. Its not as easy as using a simple tool to get that stuff out. It requires an unheathy amount of magic to procure a gram of it from the wall. If you plan on striking it then you may want to reconsider since that involves an explosion of energy. [Those of you who played ff12 know what im refering to.] so pick axes are about as effective for getting magicite as it would be a fork to clean out gunk from a dirty wallsocket.)
