Zenoram Phoenix Wing Guild Hall Interacting With: Gideon, Mithera, Fate and Donna
[@soren][@Burthstone][@t2wave][@Caits] Not long after the little laugh and leaving it up to Gideon to get them transportation, the group was in the coach with... Was Gideon going to drive? Surely he wouldn't be too crazy. Right? Of course, Zenoram was wrong on that though. But before they took off he motioned to Mithera. "B-be careful..." He said before they took off. Right off the bat, they were moving incredibly fast. Gideon was a obviously a maniac. At least, that's all Zenoram could think of at the time. Almost immediately he felt his motion sickness take over and the young man was slumped over in his seat. It was a wonder he didn't vomit all over the coach. Still, they made good time. They were there by the time the sun had gone down. Zenoram shook his head as he removed himself from the vehicle and tried to regain his composure. Then, Gideon was with him again, using him for support. "It's just a good thing we got here. Alive that is..." The last part was mumbled, near inaudible. But in his mind they were on death's door. Next, Gideon said they should knock on the client's door and it wasn't long until she was out. She was upset. Really freaking out over the item she had lost. Wasn't it just a bracelet though? He was feeling better. Not so woozy or worn down as he contemplated what Gideon said. Surely it would be better to rest and get started in the morning. But the woman wouldn't have it. She would gladly give food and the small group could take a moment, but it had to be tonight. Part of him wanted to argue, but he could see how important this was to her. Maybe he was being inconsiderate to his companions. Maybe he was just too nice. But he wanted to help her. "Don't worry Ms. Donna. Of course, we'll complete the job tonight." He said as he placed a hand on Gideon's shoulder. "You can just relax and await the safe return of your bracelet. With that his attention turned to Gideon. He pulled his friend over a bit and glanced back at Donna before turning back. Their backs were to her. "I'm sorry. I know you must be tired, but maybe some food will help. And I'm sure you can rest a bit on the ship." He tried to reassure his friend letting him know that he wasn't ignorant to his lack of energy and he knew resting would be better. But with a client like this, it was likely best to get a move on. Besides... He knew the stress that could be caused by losing something very important. And with that he turned back to Donna. "Now! Ms. Donna. Could you show me to your kitchen? Perhaps give us a description or image of the item we'll be retrieving for you? It would be most helpful." Zenoram certainly was a more personable individual when he got down to business and didn't let his inhibitions control his actions. "In the mean time, I can make us all a quick bite to eat and we'll be out of your hair in no time." He spoke in a more kind and understanding manner despite her attitude prior as he walked her into her home and found his way to her kitchen with her help. Soon, he was handling the making of a meal himself. Nothing big, just using some of the ingredients she had on hand. He could do at least that much. And soon enough the aroma of his meal was escaping the confines of the kitchen. He might not have thought himself to be too useful in a fight, but he could do at least this much. Making a delicious meal would be nothing difficult. And there would be enough for himself, his companions and their client. Though he wasn't entirely sure if Mithera would eat given his memory of his first meeting with her. In his mind it was the duty of the guild wizard to represent the guild in a good light, due as the client said, within reason, and burden the client as little as possible. And with that in mind the meal was quickly ready and served. A plate for him, a plate for Donna, and a plate for Gideon. "Ah... Mithera, Fate. Will you two be eating as well? There's enough, but I wasn't too sure. Depending on the answers he would either serve them or simply take the time to eat his meal. A small stew, complete with carrots, potatoes, meat, and a few other miscellaneous vegetables and some rice. All of it seasoned properly where seasoning was needing. Certainly a simple meal and quick to make if nothing else. He really wasn't trying to waste any unnecessary time.
