It could lean more towards low fantasy, if that is what you guys want. As for the character races...yeah...that's Swords & Wizardry.

As for the dungeon, I was thinking an abandoned Dwarven city. That allows it to be large, have a lot of treasure, traps, and all kinds of monsters.
