Since I'm not on a team and I'm with both teams, should I assume that I need to wait for both the Scarab and the TOOO rotation, or should I jump on one postage cycle or the other? @_@

Edit: Oh yeah! Pearion wanted me to ask if there were any teams that are currently lacking a pokèmon who fills a support-type role.
