I kind of like the idea of it being a promotional event, though, so a boxing ring works. This is also being an excuse for her not to fly around where he can't do much to stop her. She'll be allowed fire fists (and feet) and kicking in addition to normal boxing rules. If she breaks the rules (possibly even because I don't know them), I suppose the fight would be interrupted and it explained to her in the IC? Or would they just let it slide if it wasn't major? I guess it's up to the ref and your character to complain.
