Trolanka was raised in the Lancaster family who are well known for their healing abilities. Her ancestors before her were all Healers and it was expected of her to follow the same path. However, Healing never interested her as much as swords did and instead of studying over spell books, she spent her days outside learning swordfighting. Her father noticed that her true passion lied and allowed her to enroll in the Knight classes when she entered the Academy, just as long as she also studied healing as well. The double courses were hard on her, but she pulled through and graduated from the Academy with a certified Knight class and a Healing license. She joined Stannis' squad along with Valor Mancini and Paravel Barrastian and together they journeyed into the West. But their friendship was cut short when the dragon Timaeus attacked them, killing both Paravel and Valor before Trolanka's very eyes. Along with Stannis and a handful of other Knights, she survived the dragons attack, but only by Valor's sacrifice. After the battle, she retired due to injury in the battlefield and moved into an apartment, unsure about what to do with her life.

Two months after the loss of her friends, Trolanka discovered that she was pregnant with a child, the father being Valor Mancini. His family were still grieving over his loss so she didn't want to get in their way, so she decided to move to the East where her parents were. Stannis was the only one who knew about her pregnancy, but not even he knew who the father was, nor did he care. He promised to send Trolanka a monthly check to cover her expenses and the taxes for a fatherless child. Grateful, she took his money and moved to the East. Seven months later, her daughter was born and she was saddened to find that she neither had Valor's golden hair or her own family's pink hair. She named her Trori under her own family name since not even she knew her daughter's true paternity.

Despite all that, Trolanka loved her daughter no less and raised her in the East. She got a job as a Peacekeeper to keep up her swordsmanship, and once Trori got old enough, she moved her back to the Main City. Now that Trori was 15, she was able to go to the Academy and Trolanka was finally ready to go back to being a Knight. After a talk with Stannis, she was knighted once more and officially came out of retirement. That was 4 years ago and she remains happy with her job, though she sometimes suffers from PTSD. [/center]
