[color=9A2EFE]Personality:[/color] At first impression, people view him as a sharp tongued and generally rude. He is also relatively lazy, compared to some of his teammates and generally tries to avoid training when he can. He also likes to tease and quip at the expense of his friends, making him seem rude to people who doesn't know him. While he is lazy, even though he does try to avoid training he gives it his all to improve whenever possible. In his spare time he generally tends to just sit around and read books that he can lay his hands on. Underneath his teasing and sharp tongued nature, he is kind, he tries to help people out when he can.

In battle, he is cold and calculating rather than rash and abrasive, he tends to plan his next moves and has contingencies when something uncalculated happens. Though Pax would generally just try to avoid fighting all together as he sees it as cumbersome and energy siphoning, though he will fight his all whenever the situation calls for it.

[color=9A2EFE]Background:[/color] Pax was born in the center of Vale, to a middle-classed family, and generally had a decent life. He was always a sharp-eyed young fellow, despite being rather lazy and rude, and thus his parents knew that he had a future in the Hunting business. This was further enhanced by the few times he and his father went out to hunt in the surrounding forest, mostly for sport. He usually complained about it, but went anyways, and showed that he was a good shot with a regular civilian rifle. Due to this, and his parents wanting him to be motivated about something, he was sent to Signal on the first chance they got, and there, he trained as necessary to become a decent enough Huntsmen. He didn't really know why, Maybe the pay would be good, and shooting a Grimm in the head would probably be fun at times. Regardless, he continued in Signal, creating his weaponry, while coming up in some of the top leaderboards at the academy. He was sent to Beacon after his graduation, to officially become a Huntsmen. His parents were proud, all things considered, and gave him all of their support, despite seeming distant at certain times. It was only because they were naturally busy workers, and Pax never really was offended. They were the ones who set his future in place, and due to this, he decided to just go with it. Who knows, maybe it would be fulfilling in the end?

[color=9A2EFE]Weapon:[/color] Pax's weapon is called [url=http://i.gyazo.com/6aeb6233081e7ba635c6fd97cedff394.png]Promessa[/url], and it's a long-ranged, highly-calibrated sniper rifle, possessing immense piercing power. By default, it sends out armor-piercing rounds, but dust magazines can easily be inserted into the weapon for varying effects. By applying force to the butt of Promessa, it can fold into a deep purple and black, razor-sharp [url=http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20140929204659/skylanders-fan/images/8/89/Inverted_purple_sword_by_nstar5u-d29utnv.jpg]longsword[/url], which contains a small cylinder in the hilt for dust-crystals to be inserted. By pressing a button on the bottom of the hilt, he can active the dust cartridge inside, thus igniting the blade in the respective element. Due to the longsword's light-weight, he generally uses it whenever enemies get too close for comfort. It only takes a fraction of a second for Promessa to turn from it's rifle form to it's longsword form.

[color=9A2EFE]Semblance:[/color] He can hone in on key areas, and enter a sort of 'bullet-time', where adrenaline rushes to his brain and he perceives things at a slightly slower timeframe than others. This allows him to attack multiple targets at once with Promessa, in it's rifle form. It also augments his speed and reflexes.

[color=9A2EFE]Fighting style:[/color] While he is a long ranged combatant, he has trained himself in close combat quarters, should the situation call for it. His combat style is focused on speed and light steps and using the enemy's momentum against them. He trains Aikido, Taekwondo and some forms of Krav Maga on a daily basis. For his weapons secondary form, he has trained in Iado and Kendo.
