Personality:  Obsessed with computers and technology, he always wants to learn about new things, especially tech, and how it works.  Sometimes, this can actually lead to him taking some serious risks for minimal rewards.

Biography: He worked for general atomic, building and designing new robots.  He was even a contributor to the Liberty Prime project, via his research into pattern recognition, but never got to actually see his work.  Vaulttech knew that they would need go scientists, so they accepted him quickly.
While in the vault he designed the perfect robot.  It could do anything a human could, it could learn, and even had emotions.  It even fell in love with him, and they got married.
