I'd be happy with that.

It'd limit my [i]'Up, Up and Away!'[/i] Skill a little, I'd have to land and wait to recover Energy before flying again if I used it, but since it's a little bit of a specialised Skill anyway I can't see that I'd be using it too often so the Energy drain shouldn't be too much of a burden.
