I'd rather just think development potential wouldn't be accounted for in terms of stats, and because the characters will only have recently acquired their stands, giving them plenty of ability to increase their development potential and acquire new abilities (if you desire it and if you message me first on said abilities) 

The 10 points only go for the  5 stats I list, not including development potential, as that's more roleplay focused so it isn't put into the equation at all XD
