[b]Biography[/b]: Marcus’s history is shrouded in secrecy, thanks to the shadowy government organizations he has worked for in the past. What can be gathered is he was raised in the rural countryside from a farming family. He was proficient in all his academic endeavors, graduating his high school at the top of his class. Though provided a college scholarship, Marcus instead turned his attention to the service of his country. He enlisted in the Navy initially as a special warfare boat-crewman, serving a few tours till taking up the BUD/S challenge to become a SEAL. Passing BUD/S challenge, he went and trained as an assault-man with the teams before deploying with them. He spent nearly have his career with the Navy as a SEAL before being approached for government work. Though skeptical to be working as a “intelligence officer,” Marcus none the less took the offer and became a full-time federal worker. From here, his past becomes black-lined until his retirement from “special activities” work and he starts living with his wife in the city. 

After the public rise ups from the anomalies named “Hexes,” Marcus was approached by his former employers and asked to resume his “old work.” Declining the offer, he insisted he was finished with that aspect of his life and was about to return home to begin working as a farmer. That all changed when the love and pride of his life, his wife Sara, was murdered by a Hex he was trying to help. A phone call and some assessments later, Marcus was reactivated and put back into the game to hunt/eliminate those deemed as a “threat.” So far, he is credited with seizing and capturing of some of the most notorious “Hexes” and the “removal” of some the most powerful ones discovered by his employers. Marcus has currently, at his disposal, the full use of military and civilian resources in order to capture/neutralize “Hexes.”
