I just have a understanding cause I've been in that position. Especially when you play a socially awkward character like Michael or Nolan. Those types usually need another character to force interaction. There were quite a few non talkative types, which is why I had to make Karn and Prince who forces conversations. To balance out.

But his character, by little personality that was described, seems fully capable to socializing, so he probably could of easily forced his way in somewhere XD

But it's also possible, he doesn't exactly know where everybody is. So the job board was a easy iconic place for a Guild. And didn't want to be appear rude. After all, some people get irritated if someone buts in, in the middle of a convo or situation.

Like how you were irritated when I butted in with Damian's little fight because you really wanted to do a move and wanted one on one. (Even though you then butted in on j8cob's fight) But he didn't mind so it was fine.
