ok, Cucco, I noticed a few small things
first cosmetic, the picture is more a large A or small B cup, but your free to say, ignore that bit and keep the washboard, just wanted to comment on it for fun XD

for the Paper make magic, Make magic is part of the caster type, she makes paper by giving her magical energy a real shape.
got to say the sword cutting though metal may be a bit much, shall we go with its equal, I mean paper that is just as strong as metal is huge already
maybe she can get stronger then metal later, depending on development
seeing steel armors are already pretty much uncut able that fits ^^

lastly both girls state in their bio's that their powers suddenly came in, but magic is learned normally, unless its granted by some other means like lacrima implementation into their bodies.
I'll advice you to change it, if you dont want them to have learned it from someone, then say they learned from some books or something

beyond those little matters they are fine and seem like a nice couple of users in general
oh wait, just got to ask, that seal they can do, I take it its an temporal effect, like it lasts only for a time after which they are away from the spell or would it get some other weakness like water? (seeing its inkt and paper)
