[@ArenaSnow]yes, they have two queens and two kings. One Nightmareset of Rulers and Sunscale set of rulers. Although they don't interfere much with their (what ever the word is for the peasants X3) they are there mainly to keep wars from breaking out between dragons, or humans and such.
