Basically this. Most people don't want to strive for something higher. They want the norm. They want something that they know, that they can cling to. We don't want that. We want people who want to go past the norm, who want to try new things, who want to get out of their comfort zone. People who can [i]think[/i] and [i]adapt[/i]. An RP like MR but with third person does not find the right kinds of people, because we're just letting them have their comfort zone.
