[@Cuccoruler]: checked it up, I dont see a reason for Paper to carry, well Paper but that is beside the point, Paper can carry all the paper in the world for all I care XD

place them in the char tab ^^

Its a nice time if you ask me, there have been many spells with even longer time issues and there are spells to break such a seal.
if you feel its too long, then dont get into a fight with them XD
