I know, i just thought it would be more interesting having my character's power be one of his greastest weaknesses. I mean if he's about to get shot, then freaks out cause he's seeing himself get shot a thousand times in real time just before he actually does, he's getting shot. Just because he can see what might happen, does not mean he'll be able to react. In fact 9/10 for this, he won't. 

But, alas, if its you guys still think it's OP. then i'll scrub it. Doesn't affect his intended strengths either way.
