[@Apollosarcher] 1. Again, they contracted the construction. There is no reason to instate a military rank for what is essentially a rent-a-cop. 2. If they DID receive a rank, the Security Chief would be a sergeant at best. He doesn't need authority over Lieutenants, Warrant Officers, Sergeants, Corporals, AND Majors to enforce order in such a small environment. 3. It's usually a bad thing if you have to insert NPC's to shill for your character against people with reasonable arguments, then cut off the conversation with an attack that just proves the opposition's point.
