Fujitora Choko ; The Overseer

The next two days were pretty null for Fujitora as he was simply anticipating what was going to occur when the teams would be officially put together. He did however handle the paperwork and reports regarding the recent missions but did not actually give them a specific grading, it was Zeno's job to do that. However it did give him the occasion to accustom himself to the group of Chuunin that stood out more than the others, especially those he'd have under his wing during this sensitive mission. All three had a Kekkei Genkai that would serve him in the specifics of the mission with a minimum of errors. Upon arriving as punctual as ever, he aligned himself before his attributed them, hands behind his back as his sister displayed a next level of attitude he hadn't seen in a while. If this wasn't one of those moments where his behavior as a commander were mandatory, he'd spew out a nasty remark on her just for the heck of it. He had all the information on the mission as well as the others', so the reunion happening at the very moment wasn't captivating him as much as the thought of how he'd actually tackle this problem now that he saw his crew live and in person. He had his doubts right away, not because they looked weak or anything, but the desire for a perfect team would almost always be stronger than the satisfaction he'd get from it. Once the briefing done, he'd solemnly turn to walk out of the room without giving any instructions to his new subordinates. This would ultimately leave them confused as no order was given to follow him either, adding to the fact that Fujitora had the bad habit of disappearing in the masses of hallways in the Hokage Mansion. But their stress would be relieved rather quickly as the trio received a text on their respective cell phones an address with an order to get there in ten minutes flat.
As his crew gathered in an abandoned park in the middle of Downtown, the chuunin sitting calmly on the grass while he leaned his back against a tree. He scrutinized them for a few seconds as they made themselves comfortable while following his demand to sit down. They all seemed confident enough to lead this mission, or at least skillful enough if he referred to the databooks. However he was clearly aware that his presence here meant that even with their skill the stakes were too high for them to risk this. Fujitora's power would be considered large enough to compensate possible weaknesses in the team according to the administration. "Ok. Since you're all here I'm assuming you're not all that scared of a little mystery. Good. Before I go any further, estimates suggest there's a 40% chance you'll die during this type of mission. Is that a problem? Good." He of course didn't actually give them an option, as being a Shinobi entailed such risks every day. They could however walk away if they wanted to, but the shame that would follow would be enough of a deterrent for those who reached Chuunin level. "Today, we're NOT going on a field trip, we're actually going to be a bit patriotic today and visit the bowels of the village." He'd say with a dramatic touch in his tone, as if he was about to tell them a story. His face remained serious and cold, similar to his sister's expression, albeit a little less forced due to his lack of desire to prove himself to anyone. He was Jonin commander, even if he took a dump right in front of the Chuunin they'd still respect him. Before continuing he'd pull out one of his typical cigarettes and lit it up in his mouth so he could have himself a nice, relaxing smoke as he went on. "We're visiting the shitstorm that is the Yakuza Bid Tourney. For those who've been living in a cave, it's essentially an illegal fighting ring where massive amounts of money and stolen items are exchanged and flowing. In other words we're diving in the underworld of business. Thing is, we could just arrest them but they'd just spawn more elsewhere and we'd lose most of the items during the raid anyway, so we'll actually play along." He'd claim to give them a little taste as to would they'd do. He took a pause, inhaling a large quantity of smoke before releasing it out of his mouth and nose. "So you will be fighting round after round until the scroll is up for grabs. Chances are most won't be difficult for you, but we'll eventually reach a point where ninjutsu practitioners show up near the top. My source says it'll be up for grabs in the upcoming rounds, so if any of you want to cower away, I won't judge you. I'd also recommend wearing sober clothes so they won't identify you as that guy with the kimono for example." As he finished, he'd put on a pair of sunglasses and a baseball cap while using the transformation jutsu to grow a small beard so he'd go unnoticed. The Chuunin didn't have enough notoriety in the underground to be too noticeable with their normal appearances, Fujitora however needed to work a little more as his title made him pretty famous among wrongdoers. "Questions?"

Aoi Don Maquia

The return home was a pretty grim experience, barely anyone talked about it and everyone just seemed to want to get this done with. Aoi wasn't too happy about this experience as it didn't feel quite as educating as it should have been. To her, it was the perfect way to prepare the Genin in the dark world of Shinobi. But alas, both of the chickened out, Doto being the most troubled of the gang. She only learn later that he'd quit the job of being a ninja altogether because of this experience. She'd feel bad but also good about it. At least she had enlightened him while getting praise from her superiors. In the end, with a little monetary compensation added, she was in good terms with the results of the first mission she had led. Because she was already convoked for a mission occurring in two days time, she had cancelled her plans of working elsewhere in exchange for a little time to rest and prepare herself for that day. If Konoha was pressuring her and her friends for a mission so early, it must be that it was going to be something out of the norm or dangerous. This excited her, more fun experience where she can showcase her talents and tricks while being a fabulous ninja at that. Although she wasn't as punctual as most, she arrived right on time with her typical clown clothes on. She set herself in line, but barely had anything started that Yamato was complaining about things and having an attitude. Aoi politely bowed to her attributed sensei she had been told of beforehand. The clown didn't talk until Ayame was done with her briefing as she held the young woman with a lot of respect, more than most Jonin in general actually. She was also quite pretty, especially with that new black hair that fit her more than her blonde hair to Aoi's surprise. If such a colorful girl recognized that, it only meant that is was the truth. "'Ey Yamato! Stop being such a pickle, we all know I'm the best leader around~" She'd taunt him, although she didn't give off any trace of arrogance in her tone, but simply a little smile that indicated a silly farce to annoy him and downgrade the serious he wanted to put in his discourse. She'd then bow to Nobunaga, someone she had barely been acquainted with considering he wasn't around too much in their class, and as such he didn't come to her party. The more she looked around with curiosity, the more she realized there were new faces around. Some she knew, others were pretty obscure to her memory. But that was okay as she at least knew the people she'd be working with. None of them bothered her, not even Yamato, and Tsukiko was known to be pretty fun too, almost crazy. Hopefully she'd be pretty fun unlike the two bores she'd have as equals to her. "But I agree with you on one thing, Yamato-kun~ Tsukiko-Sensei, shall we depart?~" She'd ask with all the cuteness she could gather in her voice. Aoi was quite excited to get this done and run after whatever kind of scroll they had to fetch. She had already forgotten its weird name but she knew it was a very important scroll.
