Yup, 'cause the only way to get around Vestec's chaotic randomness to pretend you knew all along and had a grand plan going...
I mean, Vowzra totally knew everything Vestec was doing and allowed it all to happen because Zerabil was in dire need of learning all that stuff and there was totally no other way of teaching him, like implanting knowledge or memories or experience in to his mind. Nope, can't do any of that all ._.
