Giichi Uzumaki

He had been but a few minutes early to the gathering. His trademark orange jacket catching the wind and easily swaying at the slightest touch. He liked to think that in the two days since his mission with Yamato and Rei, that he had grown stronger. The knowledge … or the reminder that he should think ahead had etched itself in his mind. To precede cautiously in a unknown situation wasn't usually his thing but he'd try harder to contain himself next time. The others showed themselves soon enough and after making a point of greeting Yamato with a casual hey, he returned to his spot near his teammates and captain; a Special Jonin who went by the moniker: Pixie. He hadn't taken much notice of her before this so he was curious about her. She didn't appear particularly strong but he wouldn't judge. His laxed posture soon grew cheerful and warm. “Our mission will be easy,” he started off, crossing his arms over his chest and glancing between Megumi-sensei, Rin-chan, and the unknown. “As long as we all work together. Like Ayame-sensei said, if we screw up … the whole operation is placed in jeopardy. Let's try not to stick out like a sore thumb.” He grabbed the straps of his pack mindlessly, adjusting them tightly around his shoulders before following his captains lead. Guess its off to the Village hidden in Swords. I hope its not too pointy.

Daiki Naito

Bounding across the branches towards Kannabi Bridge, a recently built bond between Iwagakure and Konhagakure, Daiki felt a twitch of annoyance at Ayame. She had glanced at him earlier, insinuating that he may recklessly disrupt the operation by “Searching for Glory” or something-nother. He stepped off a sturdy branch and floated through the air for a moment. “Hai,” he answered above the wind, his voice flawlessly hiding his irritation. As she continued on, Daiki glanced over at Haruka and Sentou. Both of them were known around the village but not so much that he actively paid attention to them. Even on their mission together, Haruka and himself hadn't spoken too much. He'd have to try harder to get along with them, especially considering Ayame was leading their small group. Sighing, he rubbed his head lightly, the future throbs of a headache already showing itself. “I have but a few. Why do we want acknowledgment from the Samurai? And what happens if you miss? What's plan B?” His golden eyes waited on her back for an answer. I'm sure she hadn't considered that her aim would falter or his skills would be exceptional.
