Yeah. This issue was also on PS3... All because... Mass Effect.

Game kept deleting no matter what.

Get almost done with the game. Delete. Leave the PS3 on. Turns off. Try different PS3 either delete or can't read the save. Ended up getting Xbox. All other save files start deleting. Sly cooper 4? Get to last level, collected all bottles, deleted.

PS4, make progress on Dust Elysian Tail, delete. Dragon Age Inquisition? Delete. 

So... Much pain...
