Well, I'll be honest, I'm kinda biased in their favor. 

EDIT: [@Desire] Hm, I'm still thinking this through, I'm not making any changes yet. More power to aligned element is Erdevar thing, and there's no way to track mana in this system, so limit to leveling seemed like the most noticeable way. 

EDIT2: Oh, and Mords don't conquer the world because they are probably the least numerous race together with Arkards. Like, only a couple of million of them (Arkards don't even go to full million). Other races count their numbers in tens and hundreds of millions.
