"It's probably smart not to trust anyone, actually. But I'd rather deal with the known crisis first if possible." Sonja mumbled half to himself as he continued checking the wall he was near. He wasn't finding very much at the moment, but it was still something to do. And even though one of the others in the room mentioned how it was playing into the kidnapper's hands, he really couldn't think of a better way to spend his time at the moment. Even without the prompting, he would have ended up looking around like this for a way out, anyway.
"How do we suppose to get out then? If we don't follow the said psychopath, he or she'll either starve us up or just end us right then and now."
There was also that. If they were stuck in a single room completely under a psychopath's control to begin with, there was probably very little they could do that wouldn't somehow end up playing into their strange game. They'd find some way to make them do their bidding, otherwise. At least searching might reveal something more in their prison that they could work with. It was that kind of a thought that kept him calm for the moment, anyway. "Hm? Is this...no, not quite. Maybe...ah, this part sounds hollow. But is there a way in...?"
