[@RoflsMazoy] Like I said in their racial description, Ashan's ability to fly is purely magical, they can hover in one place or move around slowly as much as they want. 

I assumed that Lighting Bomb is simply AoE spell which electrocutes people within a certain range. Even if it's level is low, if it covers a lot of ground it would do less damage.
