I suspect inclusive was a poor choice of words. OOC is absolutely meant to be fun and it doesn't always have to relate to IC. I suspect the real problem that Lug's having is the last three pages of the OOC are filled with things between you and Kaben that read something like this:

No one has a problem with discussions and conversations covering other topics not related to the RP but please enlighten me as to how any of that is at all constructive other then making the people not involved very uncomfortable?
