"I'm fine, just a little bump on the chin is all." Dimitri said as played off his fall in front of Ju-Long and the others without meeting anyone's gaze. He felt shame and embarrassment wash over him, tinging his cheeks a very faint shade of pink as he helped Victorique up. The combination of Victorique's trouble standing and Kalinda's request for assistance just served to make him feel even worse. The meister knew that it would be the right thing to do, but at the same time something in him really didn't want to be around people any longer. More than anything Dimitri just wanted to find a place where he could curl up unnoticed until he felt confident enough to be around people again. A potential godsend came in the form of Ju-Long as he offered to carry Victorique while Dimitri internally wrestled with himself over what to do. For a second Dimitri opened his mouth, though it was quickly shut once more as he still didn't know whether he'd offer to carry his fellow meister himself or thank Ju for his offer. To some of his shame -and admittedly a bit of relief- Dimitri's desire to flee won out over his desire to stay any further, prompting him to turn and take off down the hall after muttering one last apology. The small but steady increase in his soul wavelength's weight made him slower than he'd been in class, however Dimitri was still more than capable of moving at a startling pace.
