I'll go and check if he still is participating in this RP.  While his profile does show that he is active on the site, he hasn't made a post in the IC for a while now.  I would wan to talk to that player first before I can say that Loki is avaliable.

While we are talking about it, were you planning on submitting an application for Loki as a villain?  I would prefer if a new player would submit a hero or a walking-the-line character (Punisher-type) and make a few posts before I would accept a villain application.  Unless there is no other character you would like to play as and you are just dying to play as Loki, then I will might let it slide.  But I need to get back to you about Loki's avaliablity.
