From current characters existing: Yes and Yes (Though I would say no to a Hulkbuster right now as there'd be no reason for it existing until he knows his suit isn't very good against the Hulk :P)

I mean my knowledge of the Comics extends to Hulk and Spider-man. Also nice Skulduggery avatar :P
