[@Cyclone]Oh there's a bit of misunderstanding.  I don't oppose your letter or its contents.  I just wanted you  to make it clear that Babur is just playing at the role and doesn't believe this.
Anyways,  you have to make Yllendthyr to attack first to convince your would be allies. Because aside from the shady KalMea nobody is going to tag along with your "Zanshir is ours,  damn elves stole it from us!" explanation.
Same way you may want to think on a way to forge evidence agaonst elves to prove they are the aggressors.
If you find solution to either I thonk you can succeed at your "anti-elf alliance".
