Unless otherwise stated always round in the hero's favour, so up if you're boosting and down if your debuffing or damaging.

Since this is the first round [b][i]'Inspired'[/i][/b] is actually active for it should still be round 3/3 so you get the full effect for another two rounds after this one.

Also it wouldn't boost your Health, just Attack and Defence, otherwise it would also work as a healing ability by temporarily boosting max Health and raising current Health along with it.
